Operations Lead

We are seeking an experienced Operations Lead to streamline our growing biotech SaaS company's internal processes.

About the role

The role in summary: You'll be responsible for managing and optimizing our day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth running of our business processes, and supporting our team as we grow. You'll work closely with leadership to implement efficient systems and procedures while maintaining our culture of excellence and innovation.

Day to day overview:

Oversee and optimize core business operations, from office management to external relationships
Manage company benefits and HR programs
Locating gaps in processes, developing processes and process improvements for the company
Lead operational budgeting and resource allocation
Support team growth through improved onboarding and administrative processes
Support strategic planning and company growth initiatives
This role will report directly to one of the co-founders.

Requirements

What we need from you:

2+ years of experience in operations management, program management, business operations, or similar roles - ideally in a fast-growing tech or biotech company
Track record of implementing and improving company processes
Strong stakeholder management experience
Ability to work in an agile and flexible environment where processes may be unclear or need to be developed.
Experience with operational/project management software and systems
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills

Nice to have:

Experience in biotech or healthcare industries
Experience with vendor contracts renewals, vendor oversight, license renewals, CDA
Experience managing external partnerships or investor relations
Track record of implementing process improvements in a startup environment
Background in agile project management methodologies
